Interesting Parkinsons Research

Recently, a friend of mine in his 20s was tested for Parkinson's. Since then, I've had a keen interest in any research I find on the subject. This one today is particularly interesting.

Exercise may aid Parkinson's disease

Growing evidence suggests that exercise - whether it's sweating on a treadmill or on a dance floor - can help Parkinson's patients move better and may even slow the inevitable march of this degenerative brain disease.

Although they are still working on formulating a clinical trial on the subject, it certainly can't hurt to get more exercise either way.
